Refund Policy

This page explains when refunds may be available for paid Where am I plans or credit purchases.

Refund window

If you purchase a paid plan or credit package from Where am I, you may request a refund within 10 calendar days of the original payment date.

Requests sent after the 10-day window may not be eligible unless required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the same email address used for the purchase.

Please include your order details, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue so we can review the request quickly.

Review and processing

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days after we receive all required details.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Limits and exceptions

We may decline refund requests where paid credits have already been substantially used, where abuse is suspected, or where the request is outside the allowed refund period.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under local law.
